Food and Beverage Resource Efficiency

In its report on the UK Food and Beverage sector, the Next Manufacturing Revolution has identified £920M p.a. in cost savings and 6.6 million tCO2e p.a. reduction that the UK Food and Beverage sector is not capturing. Click through to report.

Following two years of research, peer review, and a summit workshop bringing together key companies, government departments and industry bodies, this report presents the business case for resource efficiency and how to access the available opportunities.

The report includes a 2023 Vision for the sector which has been collaboratively developed to include improvements currently available – but which are not being exploited.
